Once she got off the show area with Rum, she quickly got to Bee and started getting him ready. He had been a little harder to train, he was much more interested in playing than he was in showing and standing somewhere looking pretty. She had got him to the point to where he could be let off the leash as well, but he still had a tendency to move sometimes; she really hoped today wouldn’t be one of those times. 

 

She noticed that it looked like he had found a way to roll in the cut grass even while tied so she had to run a brush over his coat the best she could and as quickly as she could. He was loving all the attention though and kept trying to lick her face when she got too close. She heard the judges start sitting back down and she hurriedly checked him over before standing on deck to wait her cue to walk Bee out to the pedestal.

 

She was told to step up and she got Bee in the show arena. He was acting so good, not really looking around too much at anything just jogging next to her, though not the beautiful prance that his brother had. She got him up on the pedestal and prayed as she positioned him and unclipped the leash. She gave her command and stepped back. She was able to stand there for a good full second before he moved and turned towards her a little, keeping his body perfect but he moved and was tilted to the side now. She hoped that didn’t go against him too much with the judges. She gave a small hand command so he knew to stay where he was and he didn’t move an inch after that.

 

Once the judges did their judging, not to mention a little murmuring to themselves, they gave her the cue and she walked up, reclipped her pup, and they stepped off and back to where they had to be. His tail wagging the whole time as he figured he had done very well.

 

Cat gave the both of them some treats as she watched the German Shepard bitch named Loyal Until Heaven Calls step up. At least this is an adult and not part of the puppy class Cat thought to herself. Though she also had to stay on her leash, and Cat noticed she was from the same kennel as well. Not much of a turnout but she figured with such a last minute show it was bound to happen. It seemed both dogs got bored pretty easy so she figured that’s why they had to stay on their leashing. though I should have kept Bee on his damn it. Though for a pup I think he did very well, and Rum just blew everything out of the water! Cat was happy with how her pups did and she couldn’t wait to see what the results would be. The judges just called out to line everyone up so they could give their results.
